IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

A £75 deposit per week is required to apply for your child. Please note: if a deposit is not received the application will not be considered as complete. If we do not have a place for your child, we will refund the deposit. PLEASE NOTE YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SUBMITTED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD IN HEAD START.

There are many considerations that go into allocating places. Please note, the time that you register your child, is not one of them. However, places will not be considered without a deposit.

Once the application and deposit has been received, we will send an email confirming if you have a place or not. The full balance (minus deposit) will then be required to guarantee your child’s place.

If you cancel your child's place for any reason the deposit is not refundable. If you cancel before the 1st August, a refund (minus the deposit) will only be issued, if we can fill your child's place. After 1st August, no refunds will be given for cancelled places.

TIERED PRICING

There are 3 tiers for the cost of Head Start. Please choose the one that is suited to your financial circumstances. We encourage anyone who can, to choose the full price, this will allow us to use funds that we have raised from the community etc, for those that can only afford standard price or need financial aid.

Full Price- This tier represents the actual cost of Head Start – This includes staffing, facilities, activities, programming, administration, insurance, utilities etc,

Standard Price – This tier is a reduced rate to make Head Start more accessible for families. It represents our historically affordable rate and is only made possible through grants and donations.

Subsidised Price – This tier is accessible through filling in a financial aid form. Once the form has been received we will assess it and email you with the amout due. Please apply using this link https://forms.gle/3qry6He2uEQyvphX7

Price

Full Rate:	£220.00 a week
Standard Rate:	£155.00 a week
Subsidised Rate:	£155.00 a week When we confirm if your child has a place, we will also confirm the subsidised price.

Once again this year, we will be providing security at the times that the children are on camp premises. This will be an additional charge of £5 per child and will be added to your final payment.

We only accept children who are fully toilet trained.

Lubavitch Day Camp reserves the right to refuse any child.

Permissions	I give permission to the Lubavitch Day Camp staff to obtain necessary emergency medical treatment for my child with the understanding that my family will be notified as soon as possible.
	I give permission for my child to take part in all the trips and activities that take place in Lubavitch Day Camp.
	I give permission for photographs to be taken of my child during Day Camp. These photos will be used for the camp journal and video and for publicity and newspapers.
